At Ndolage Hospital in Tanzania, your support is helping healthcare professionals gain new skills and provide better care to their patients.

A four-week clinical mentorship and coaching program reached 980 healthcare professionals from Ndolage Hospital and 14 other health facilities.

Eight specialists from KCMC, Kilimanjaro Christian Medical Centre, provided hands-on training in emergency care, maternal health, heart health, trauma, nursing, radiology, and laboratory medicine. Participants worked through real-life cases, practiced responding to medical emergencies, and learned new approaches to caring for patients.

Just as importantly, the training strengthened connections between healthcare facilities, giving providers more opportunities to share knowledge, seek specialist advice, and connect patients with the care they need.
