Welcome Sam Buegler

We are excited to welcome Sam Buegler to the GHM staff team as our full-time Volunteer and Events Coordinator. A 2025 graduate of Drake University majoring in strategic political communication and digital media production, Sam grew up in Owatonna, MN, and has served in a variety of leadership roles in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. His hobbies include playing the drums, reading, watching movies, and “enjoying” the pain of Minnesota sports. Sam will be working alongside volunteers and groups to make their experience at GHM a meaningful look into global mission. He loves creating relationships and helping to find the perfect opportunity for a volunteer to make a difference, as well as the adrenaline and fun of event planning.
