The items you fill your containers with continue to be used and valued and a help to us, and not just the day we receive them but for years to follow.

$3.1 million

$3.1 million - that’s the value of medical and dental equipment and supplies sent by Global Health Ministries (GHM) to waiting partners in 2021. Imagine a hospital without an x-ray machine, or an operating room without working surgical lights. That is the reality for mission hospitals and clinics struggling to deliver quality healthcare without essential equipment or even the most basic supplies. They operate on the thinnest margins - many patients can pay very little, or nothing at all. GHM’s Shipping Ministry helps improve our partners’ capacity to deliver quality care to the vulnerable populations they serve. GHM shipments provide equipment needed to offer essential services, and help our partners meet required standards so they can qualify as partners with their government health systems. Importantly, these shipments provide much-needed financial relief, freeing up funds for other urgent expenses.

Arrival Day!

Scott Lien, GHM’s Director of Operations, gives a behind the scenes look at GHM’s Shipping Ministry, from needs assessment to the sending of a container, and shares the impact of this ministry for our partners. This 2-minute video explains why we send what we do, and celebrates the arrival of a GHM container overseas.
